Points of Contact - for actions by the committee

To make communication easier for everyone, please adhere to the following protocols if issues are to be considered by the club management committee for decisions and actions.

• Your contact should be through the Secretary (secretary@danishclubbrisbane.org) and/or the President (president@danishclubbrisbane.org).
• If an urgent consideration is needed, you are best to contact the Secretary and President and possibly the committee member known to have a focus on your issue. 
• You can expect one of the committee members to get back to you in a reasonable time-frame regarding follow-up.
• If you are reporting a concern, it can also be helpful to receive your recommendations for solutions that can, in turn, be considered appropriately.

Any other approach to contacting us may result in a slower response as your issue works through the committee communication protocols.

Social Media Communication

If you choose to contact the club through social media (Facebook, Instagram or Google), then you may expect a delay in the response depending on your inquiry.
