Jens (born in Copenhagen in 1949) moved to Sydney in 1989 and did initially work in the IT & Telco industry before moving to Queensland in 2003 (for more info visit linkedin.com/in/jensraun). He decided to take advantage of his past real estate experience (including being the IT manager and helping establish Denmark’s largest real estate franchise - EDC Gruppen) and did established place2live after settling in in wonderful QLD. He has 3 kids from a previous marriage with a Danish wife, but is now happy married with an Australian wife.
Jens did survive a massive heart attach in 2007; it dramatically changed his view on life and his business is today a proud supporter of the Heart Foundation – 5% of any Service Set-up Fee is donated to the Heart Foundation.
